My 4-Week Journey with the Embodied I Ching.

Shaking up the stagnation and forcing you to confront the grit and truth of your lack of energy, co-existence in life takes dedication. That’s exactly why I’ve thrown myself headfirst into a 4-week Energy Healing Certification with the Embodied I Ching.

True healing, as I dug into while writing UNBOUND: Healing Beyond Judgment, isn't about slapping on a surface-level bandaid to make other people comfortable. It’s raw, it’s unconventional, and it requires stripping away the societal BS. This certification perfectly matches that energy. It’s an alchemical toolkit that fuses the ancient wisdom of the I Ching with the 9 Palace Bagua, the chakra system, muscle testing, and Qigong.

Over these four weeks, I’m diving deep into learning how to physically embody this wisdom. We aren't just sitting around visualizing; we are using the body as a tuning fork for transmission. Through specific internal corrective exercises, the practice is designed to correct alignment, restore yin, and let each element express itself through the chakras. It’s gritty work. It means looking directly at your own shadows, recognizing where the energy is blocked, and physically moving it out of your system.

Fear is the root of all weakness, and there is simply no room for it when you are literally rewiring your energy channels to take absolute sovereignty over your own healing process. Stepping up to become your own transformational mentor isn't for the faint of heart, but we don't do things the easy way around here.

I’m already feeling the shifts and can’t wait to bring these insights into my daily practices and future projects. Healing is about taking back your power, completely without judgment, and on your own terms.

Have any of you explored somatic practices, Qigong, or energy work to clear out the noise?
