As a licensed professional I will be helping with the mental or emotional aspects of sex-related issues.
NOTE: Non-physical service. I do not touch you during a session; this practice is based on talk therapy. As a therapist I will not ask you to demonstrate sexual behavior or touch you in a sexual way. Physical contact with the therapist is inappropriate and is not a part of a standard sex therapy session.
Ethics Code includes an absolute prohibition against sex with former clients for a period of two years following termination.

Education: Learn about sexual health, including common dysfunctions not just transmitted disease. Embrace the importance of consent, and dismantle myths via open discussions or fact based information. It is important to replace shame with knowledge, this elevating avenue provides emotional stability and promotes positive sexual performance.
Open conversation: A supportive open conversation about sex in an environment where discussing sexual health and concerns is normalized, takes power away from shame and silence. This is a benefit of sex therapy.
Share experiences: Talk openly and honestly about feelings, desires, and concerns to break down stigma and build a stronger connection.
Seek support: Participate in programs or sessions that provide education, normalize experiences, and foster a sense of empowerment and pride in your sexual position. Understand boundaries and respect the boundaries of others.
